Shipping Areas and Shipping Costs We ship our products to the countries and regions listed below. The exact shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of your order. All applicable costs will be transparently displayed in your shopping cart before completing the purchase (checkout).

Processing and Delivery Times After receiving your order, our internal processing time is usually 1 to 2 business days. The subsequent shipping transit times after handover to the parcel service provider vary depending on the destination country:

  • Austria and Germany: 3 to 5 business days. Your order is therefore expected to reach you within 4 to 7 business days after purchase.

  • Cyprus and Rest of Europe: approx. 5 to 10 business days.

  • USA: approx. 10 to 15 business days.
