We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once we hand over the products to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you.

You and LinumIQ Shop consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of such courts.

SECTION 23 - Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Credit and Debit Cards from MasterCard, Visa and Maestro
• Bank Transfer / SEPA (manual payment)
• Bancontact (Belgium)
• EPS (Austria)
• iDEAL | Wero (Netherlands)

The invoice amount is due immediately upon order completion. For payments via bank transfer, the amount must be transferred to the specified account within 14 business days. The order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

There are no additional processing fees for using the offered payment methods.

In case of delayed payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website.
